Bonny Bowyer, CPA, CGMA

Bonny graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has worked in both public accounting and the private industry. She had her first accounting job when she was 4 years old. Bonny enjoys working with privately owned businesses to help them solve their accounting, tax, and operational issues.

David C. Logan, Logan, Bowyer, & McCullough PA, Eustis, FL

David C. Logan, CPA

David graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration. He began his accounting career in the audit departments of large international accounting firms. After learning the ropes, he moved back to Central Florida and has been providing audit and tax services to the locals ever since.

R. Scott McCullough, Logan, Bowyer, & McCullough PA, Eustis, FL

R. Scott McCullough, EA

R. Scott graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has lived in Lake County since the age of 2 and has been providing accounting and tax services in the Mt. Dora/Eustis areas for over 35 years.

Linda Huggins, EA

Linda graduated from West Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in social work. Then she wised up and returned to college to take accounting courses. She does primarily individual tax returns, including tax returns for our international clients.

Carol Wolff, Accountant

Carol joined the firm in October 2018. She has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She has over 20 years of accounting experience in diverse industries. She is currently working on an Enrolled Agent certification.

Elena Plaksii, Accountant

Elena Plaksii received her Magistracy (Masters) in Financial Management from Surgut State University in Siberia (yes, that Siberia, in Russia). She has over 20 years of accounting experience. Since 2023 she has immersed herself in learning the US Income Tax system and will be taking the IRS Enrolled Agent exam soon.

Cindy Hagman, Office Manager at Logan, Bowyer, & McCullough PA, Eustis, FL

Amanda Moore, Office Manager

Amanda is a Florida native, born in Orlando. She has an associate’s degree from Columbia College. She has been working for the firm since 2006, behind the scenes, in various roles. Learning the different roles, as well as learning where all the skeletons (files) are buried has made her a successful office manager.

Corrine Ritzel, CPA

Corrine graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in accounting, obtained her CPA license, then continued her education at the University of Central Florida to earn her Master’s Degree in Taxation. She has experience in both public and private accounting and adds being an author and realtor to her resume. A true Pisces, her favorite places are the beach, on a boat, or in a pool.
